Program Description

The Education and Community Resource Division is mandated to resource and train Ontario's specialized problem gambling treatment system and allied helping professionals to equip them to respond appropriately to people affected by problem gambling and problematic technology use. Specialized training and consultation is provided for all employees of the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation (OLG). We also provide education and self-help programming to people affected by problem gambling via our website www.problemgambling.ca, including screening, self-help, self-monitoring tool, mobile app (iOS, BB & Android), self-help family support, discussion board & e-therapy.

Access Information

This program is for intermediate groups and professionals dealing with problem gambling and problematic technology use. Professionals can call the referral number. If clients want information about problem gambling, they can be referred to the website.
